Busy
life convert people into machines and all the hardworking stuff reduce the people’s
sensitiveness and the humanity. So dancing, music and other arts will provide
those sensitiveness again to human. It is like a perfect full package of a therapy.
It gives you the real feeling of living and it shows you the real art of
living. So from all of these performing arts, dancing is a wonderful art which
we have in this world and it plays a major role because it involves our own
body and also dancing is like a magic. It can suddenly treat our sadness and it
will make us smile all the time.
Truly
dancing is a good exercise for our body and for our mind as well. It is always
connecting with music and rhythm. Rhythm helps to fresh our both mind and body.
Also by doing dancing we can make our body more flexible and fit. There are so
many dancing styles in this world which we can divide them into two main groups
such as western dancing and eastern dancing. Both are giving same plusses but
styles and rhythms are quite different. Anyhow by doing this magical art we can
get more benefits better than doing sports. Because when we doing dancing we
have to think about the space, dress, rhythm, movements and formations, so that
will improve our creativity and thinking power. Also it’s not only for women,
men are also engaged in dancing. Moreover when we doing exercises in a gym may
be little bit boring to you and sometimes you will be fed up of that. But by
doing dancing you want get that feeling anytime because dancing is a mind
relaxing and body making therapy.
Not
only that after practising a dance and when we perform that in a stage, will
give you another new experience and a fresh feeling. Actually that feeling
won’t be express by words. So it means that how you can make others happy while
you are happy. Also it helps you to reduce the stage fear as well. So dancing
is a wonderful medicine which can make people are cheerful, active and which
can reduce people’s stress. Actually if we can give some time to do dancing, it
will add new experiences to our lives, it will be very useful to develop more
skills, can have an actual relaxation, creative mind and a very fit and
flexible body.
